What areas do you cover?
Servio operates across the United States. Remote triage works anywhere; on-site dispatch goes through our vetted local technician network in your area.
How do I get started?
Save the number and text us. That is the whole onboarding. The first time you text we will ask for your store address and a few details about your equipment.
What if my issue cannot be fixed remotely?
Most issues cannot. After we confirm the symptom over text, we book a vetted local technician. We will quote any visit cost up front before dispatching.
Do I need an app?
No. Servio works over plain SMS and WhatsApp. Whoever is at the register can use it without a login or a download.
Do I need a contract?
No. Pay per visit. Multi-site owners can request a monthly retainer, but it is never required.
What hours are you open?
Our text line answers around the clock. Same-day technician availability depends on your area — we will always tell you the realistic ETA before you commit.
How do you protect my data?
We never store payment data and never touch your POS database. When we connect to equipment remotely, we use the same tools the manufacturer uses (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, vendor portals).
